Photographer shall retain full copyright and ownership of all photographs taken in accordance with the U.S. Copyright Act. No rights, title or interest in the photographs shall be transferred to the Client purchasing the image except as explicitly stated in this agreement. Photographer grants client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, irrevocable licence to limited use of the images for personal, commercial, or promotional purposes. Client may not sell, edit, or modify the images without the Photographers prior written consent. Any unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution of the images by the Client or third parties of the Client will be considered copyright infringement and subject to legal action. Sales, publication or any commercial use of the photographs is permitted by photographer, provided the Photographer's logo is visible and not removed or altered unless written consent is granted and photo credit is mentioned by client.
